We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, providing excellent and attentive service. The concierge service was especially helpful. The hotel facilities, including the gym and SPA, were top-notch. The outdoor sun deck near the swimming pool stole our hearts. The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was perfect. The location of this hotel was stunning, situated in the heart of downtown near the entertainment district, with luxury shopping stores all around. We felt comfortable and welcomed, whether we were dressed in jeans or designer dresses.
